2011-2012

I never write a early letter but there is somethings that I just need to say about 2011.

I was laid off in 2011 and the reason is not known why for sure. I wrote a note to another full time employ and work got upset with it. I do not like jobs thru the temp serves if this is the way they treat there emploies. How can people work on job skills, how can you learn new jobs and push people away. I will never understand. So after 2 years of work all I can say is it was nice meeting and learning how to do lots of different jobs.
A plus side to not working second shift I get to see my kids. Oh my I had my work cut out for me. Alan is not the father that knows how to deal with all the running of the house and kids. I have to laugh because he acted like it was no big deal until he had to do it.
We have been having some issues with Tayinna, I'm hoping with extra help this will work out. It is so sad to have a child that u just can't understand, relate with, and your feelings are in a ball. There is so  much that we can do if she would just let us help her and help herself. With Tayinna not understanding it has made things hard for the other 2 kids to. We are working hard to figure this all out together as a family.
Life has its up and downs and right now we are on the down side, but I know things will get better. I know there will be a smile on my families faces today and I know we love each other.
I know today is Jan. 2 2012 and I know I'm a day late, but starting today I'm going to do my best to keep my home a safe and happy one.

Whats is going to happen in my life in 2012

Well I could do the I'm going to lose weight but we all no that will not happen, at least the amount that i would really like to lose.
I could say I'm going to scrapbook 100 pages, lol we all know I don't have the time, patients, or skill to do this.

Well?

  1. Its December, you got your Christmas shopping done? started?
  2. Christmas cards sent out?
  3. Any presents wrapped?
  4. Do you know what your buying for everyone?
Isn't the holidays so much fun, the list can keep going and going. I use to be a person that just loved Christmas, any more I could live without all the drama that goes with it. Wrong color mom, wrong size, she wanted this I didn't etc...

Well my kids got a rude eye opener coming. They are not getting allot for Christmas! With not working and the cost of everything else it will be a year to be thankful we are together and a warm roof over are heads,. Don't get me wrong they are getting gifts, but it is going to be what they need mostly.

I have some of my shopping done cyber Monday made that allot easier, and one trip to the mall and I will be done. I have not wrapped anything except the things I had to mail. I sent a few cards out and I am thinking about sitting down and making a couple more. I also need to get out the decorations. I'm not doing the whole house, but I will put a tree up in most of the rooms.

Don't get stressed out its not worth it. Just go with the flow and don't over do it.

Have fun watching the Christmas movies, I know I am.

Merry Christmas

Love Ya All

Christmas

Christmas use to be my favorite holiday. I loved decorating the house, wrapping the gifts, making homemade bows, I even made curtains. LOL I know I'm funny, but as I have gotten older and the kids are growing I just didn't have the time or the care to decorate any more.
Well this year I'm home and not working and I'm going to try to bring things back out that I haven't seen in years.
I started with making a gift, not sure who its going to but I'm doing it. I will try to remember to share it when I'm done making it.
I'm going to get out the Christmas cards that I started to make a couple years ago. So there will be a couple lucky people to get them.
I even started a list of the gifts I'm getting. So I think I'm doing pretty good.
If anyone has any fun projects for the kids let me know.
Whats your thoughts on Christmas this year?

Changes

 Everything is changing around me.
Just looking out my window and seeing the leaves falling off the trees, oh I love fall. It has to be the pretties time of the year.
The kids are growing up way to fast, the things I have missed doing with them makes me sad but the things I have been able to do with them makes me smile.
I have a home that is building more and more memories, even with the bad memories we are here and together.
Friends that I don't get to see know that I have not forgotten about them, even if its just from a poke.
My parents- Oh how much I love you two, we have had are ups and downs but you have always been there for me. I wish we could spend more time together.
My son is starting a family, I hope that your life is full of smiles, laughter, and hugs. I love you baby and never forget it.
And Layne I wish I could stand at your side like I did at one time, family is everything. I miss you more then you know. (note need to call Layne) LOL
Grandma and Ed u are missed. Love you both.

I hope everyone has a great day. Love Ya All

Thoughts

Sharing?

Sharing the joint use of a resource or space. Do you think kids know this? In its narrow sense, it refers to joint or alternating use of an inherently finite good, such as a common pasture or a shared residence. Do you think husbands know this? It is also the process of dividing and distributing. Do you think family knows this? Apart from obvious instances, which we can observe in human activity, we can also find many examples of this happening naturally in nature. Is this really true? When an organism takes in nutrition or oxygen for instance, its internal organs are designed to divide and distribute the energy taken in, to supply parts of its body that need it. True Flowers divide and distribute their seeds. Some In a broader sense, it can also include the free granting of use rights to a good that is capable of being treated as a nonrival good, such as information. Sometimes true and sometimes false Still more loosely, “sharing” can actually mean giving something as an outright gift: for example, to “share” one's food really means to give some of it as a gift. Yes truly there are many that share all they can and there are others that take and never look back. Please help my kids your kids my family and don't forget the hubby how to share and take.

“Three keys to more abundant living: caring about others, daring for others, sharing with others.”

 William Arthur Ward quotes

“When you dream alone, with your eyes shut, asleep, that dream is an illusion. But when we dream together, sharing the same dream, awake and with our eyes wide open, then that dream becomes reality!”

“Happiness is not so much in having or sharing. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

Thoughts

Has anyone ever thought about what it would be like if your life took a different turn then what it did.
That maybe if you could just of changed one thing it could of been different.
Don't forget that one change could make things better or make them worse then the way it is now.

“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”

Maria Robinson

“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.”

Ashley Smith
